All of our parcels come gift wrapped as standard. We aim to do our bit for the environment, and aim to use plastic-free packaging.

UK RESIDENTS: Depending on your postage choice, please aim to expect your parcel between 2-4 working days after dispatch. Please note there can be some Royal Mail delays. Please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived 10 days after your dispatch email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Royal Mail aims for 5-12 working days delivery, but please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived 4 weeks after your dispatch email.
For all international orders we do recommend tracked shipping for larger orders. This can be selected at checkout.

Yes, so long as this is within 24hrs of ordering or before dispatch, whichever is sooner. Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of our hands and in the control of postal services, so cannot be cancelled. You can check if your order has been dispatched either via your via email notification (don't forget to check spam!)

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch via our email address with a picture of the affected item and we will aim to resolve your issue. :)

Packaging for all orders are biodegradable/recyclable. Please see below for full details:

Scrunchie orders: sent in cardboard box with tissue paper. Sealed with biodegradable tape.
Large scrunchie orders: sent in biodegradable poly-mailers with a recyclable sealed bag.
Sticker orders: Sent in a biodegradable protective sleeve, in a recyclable envelope.

We do our best to help the environmental impact of our small business. We spend more on eco-friendly packaging materials, rather than one-use plastics. Please help us help the environment by recycling our packaging. :)
